Xenofon Voudouroglou is an Associate Principal of 7L Capital Partners.  

Mr. Voudouroglou is currently a business consultant operating in the Balkans, Russia and Ukraine concentrating on the restructuring of companies in the region and on M&A activities, primarily of the financial sector in Russia and Ukraine. He cooperates with Finpoint Investment Advisers of Kiev and Moscow.

He was recently appointed by a group of private equity investors as interim CEO of Klas Doo, a bakery business in Serbia, with the mandate to satisfy the requirements of the Serbian Privatisation Agency and restructure the company.

Mr. Voudouroglou has served on the boards of various companies in the region and the EU, mainly in the food and beverage, IT development and real estate development sectors with similar mandates.

From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Voudouroglou was Executive Director - Investments and a member of the Management Team at the Commercial Capital Group (CCG), significantly contributing to its becoming one of the largest private equity/venture capital firms based in Emerging Europe.  

In the 1990’s Mr. Voudouroglou created and managed Saint George Mills Commercial, a joint venture between Saint George Mills and CCG, which invested in the cereal processing industry in the Balkans and which was successfully sold in 1999.

Xenofon C. Voudouroglou was born in Athens in 1956.  He is fluent in English, Greek and French and also speaks Serbian. He holds a BSc in Engineering from the University of Glasgow and a MSc from the University of Michigan and has completed an executive training course at the London Business School.
